Well you if you put venomoids into that......it's pretty depressing that Parks and Wild life doesn't do something about that, instead of trying to make us carry permits for our Ball Pythons....... *grins*

The problem is that TP&W considers alligators a game animal which generates revenue for the department. It has NOTHING to do with the alligator as a nuisance or otherwise.

What is everyone referring to??? You cannot just go out into open water's and shoot an alligator...
Don't believe me? Go out and try it, then flag down your local game warden and proudly display your harvest! But don't call me asking for a loan to pay for your citations!

Yea... I did the same thing.... You still gotta get an Alligator permit, and TPWD doesn't just hand them out... In fact the easiest way to hunt an alligator is to find an guide who already has the permits set up.. And mind you I think they charge about $150-200/ft

ohhh, well thats good to know i supposed. but i still think alligator hunting or just hunting in general as a sport is lame. It's one thing if you plan on eating the animal you kill, but just to kill it for the sake of killing it kind of sickens me. I guess it might be just hard for me to understand considering i'm not a hunter, nor will i ever be. but thank you for letting me know that!
