I am not much of a scorpion person, I prefer my reptiles but, I am sitting at my computor desk and this crawled up my leg.....
I looked it up and found out it is a Stripped (Bark) Scorpion Centruroides vittatus
Kerry was able to scoop it up..Now what do I do with it?
It's in a tubberware bowl with a baby meal worm, any advise?
I don't want it to die before I can release it somewhere.

Inside on the computor...and I set it free today..I kept it for awhile , cought some bugs for it, moths and spiders, crickets and put a bottle cap with a wet sponge for water.

That's weird... I've lived in Brazoria county all my life and have never seen a scorpion in this area.

It's possible that it came in a package Kerry ordered, he is forever ordering paintball stuff from all over the united states..
We are in true EAST Texas, there are scorpions here, I have just never seen one in the wild either.......
