It is been called to my attention that someone else is using this name in the Houston area by changing one word. This is wrong...It could happen to any of us . Do not let this happen. Voice your opinions. How would you like it if someone came along and used your name changing one word. Here is my thoughts. Please DO NOT confuse this show with the original (D/FW) Lone Star Reptile Expo in Arlington.... www.dfwlonestarreptileexpos.com/This show is a well established show..It was bought last year and before that was running for 11 years. Click on the link and see the vendors for the show Sept 15th and 16th. www.dfwlonestarreptileexpos.com/Please do not get this mixed up with a show that has not even happened yet. I can not and will not support a show that is trying to purposely confuse the public by using a established shows name One word difference How original can you get.....Shame shame Shame.. |

I am not understanding, is someone trying to copy the expo or is it another business, "lonestar" stands for everything from our state nickname to a beer?

I hear ya about the lone star name.....But there are olny 5 herp shows in texas..2 names Lone Star will be confusing.

is anybody planning on going to this? i know its a long time out but im looking foward to the one in feb. in D/FW there are going to be big names at that one, such as animal plastics, vision, bob clark, reeds retics...i cant wait, hopfully i will have deep pockets by then :-D
edit: just realized that one is NARBC not the lone star expo

Bob Clark and Reed's Retics do this show Bob will be out of the country but Reed and Bebo's Burms will be there..
