Thanks for posting this pam, Its pretty difficult to sex a Beardie. The main things you look for if you cant get the buldges to pop out is their beard, head and tail. A female's head is narrower at the base than a male, tail is usually thinner at the base (not always the case) and the beard on a female almost never turns jet black. A male will turn his beard black to show dominance, females will not.
