Who keeps turtles inside year around?

Anyone have advise for someone who wants to make outdoor habitats for their tortoises and is stuck with a community bug spray truck?

Do you think I need to prepare for long term inside habitats?

Who uses inside habitats year round? Is it harmful long term?

I hate those things, why can't everyone just buy lizards LOL!
