thanks, the weekend after the one comming up is the one month mark, we are going to measure her and see if she grew any, she is getting 1 small rat every week

I weight mine to see if they are growing, I use a food weighing scale for babys. When she gets older you can weight yourself then hold the snake and subtrate your own weight.

theres 2 probs with that, i dont have an accurate scale and im kind of broke, and i dont want to know how much i weigh :-P...lol

I just can't afford to give one a proper home to a species of snake that can exceed Twenty Feet and weigh over 300#s.. I just hope this wasn't a splurge purchase to obtain a glamour pet, that you will have the room and finances to give this beautiful animal the home it deserves. Bob sure does produce some absolutely beautiful animals. |

i have been wanting one for over a year, possibly 2 years, i am fully aware what i am getting into, so it wasnt just an impulse buy, but it kind of was because i wasnt expecting to get one at THAT show, then i saw her, and fell in love, lol

I don't blame you one bit.... Just like I said if I could afford one I would most defiently purchase one from Bob Clark. He produces some very beautiful healthy animals!

i measured her today...she grew 9" since we got her a month ago today...she is now 44"
