VENDOR RULES
Please read our complete list of rules. We cannot allow our show to get a reputation for sick, or illegal animals. Remember that we reserve the right to inspect all boxes coming into our Expo with the vendors. If we find an animal that we determine doesn't belong at our show, it will have to be removed from the conference center. Just putting them below the table is not acceptable. If you have something that is questionable, simply don't bring it, or contact Tim Cole prior to bringing it into the Expo to make other arrangements. Any problems will result in forfeiture of table(s). These rules are subject to change at any time prior to the event, but every effort will be made to inform vendors of any alterations and accomodate anyone adversely affected.
For advertising, there will be no less than line ads in regional papers, an ad in Reptiles Magazine, rotating banner ads on Kingsnake.com, FaunaClassifieds, and other online sites, as well as notification in herp newsletters, and the strong likelihood of television promotion on regional news programs.
Table fee for an 8' X 32" table is $125 each.
